A beautiful Sunday afternoon, and the first visit to the Bronx Zoo in my life, no less the last 6 plus years I've lived in Manhattan. It was a plan in the making that turned out to be a perfect idea on this warm, sunny day. Headed up to the zoo with Nicole and a couple friends, laughed as Nicole took a camel ride, and saw all sorts of amazing animals from baboons, gorillas, lions, monkeys, birds, gazelles and giraffes.
We also saw a tiger presentation, where the giant cat exhibited talents similar to a dog... tapping certain mallets with its paws, sitting, lying down and even standing on its hind legs (man was it tall). We also got a few great shots of a loafing polar bear, that was chilling in its immense habitat.
