Swimming with the Sharks

Definitely owe more detail on our trip to the jungle in Belize, time spent relaxing on the the island of Ambergris Caye and diving in the second largest barrier reef in the world, but in the meantime, check out this video of Nicole swimming ahead of me 60 feet underwater with random nurse sharks circling by.

Best Smoked Beef Rib I'll tell ya...

Went to R.U.B. last night with the Ganzekaufer twins, James and Richy Jordan too. Ended up getting the smoked beef ribs special. Well, it turned out to be one rib... and I have no idea what kinda cow it came from because it was as long as and thicker than my forearm, and as tender as some feeeeeelay mignon. If you get a chance, check out Righteous Urban BBQ (R.U.B.) on 23rd between 7th and 8th Ave in NYC, because it is vastly underrated, never too busy, and always spitting out serious meat lovers BBQ. Great smoke rings on the St. Louis long end pork ribs too.
